Gets or sets an unexpanded description for the point, which could be the description entered by the surveyor in the field.

Remarks

If the RawDescription has not been set, this property returns String.Empty.

Exceptions

ExceptionCondition
System.InvalidOperationException Thrown when the CogoPoint is a ProjectPoint and is not checked out, and the "Allow Checked-In Points to be Modified" setting is false.
