Enter a positive number to move the title right or a negative number to move it left.

System.ArgumentException Thrown when:
  1. The input value is out of the interval [-10.0000, 10.0000] in meteres drawing units.
  2. The input value is out of the interval [-32.808398950131233595800524934383, 32.808398950131233595800524934383] in feet drawing units.
