AddFloatingArcWithSpiral Method (Int32, EntityAttachType, Double, SpiralParamType, Double, Double, Boolean, SpiralType)

Add an AlignmentSCS (SC or CS, Float Arc with Spiral) constrained by spiral parameter, the radius for the circular arc, and length of the circular arc.
