Remarks

Changing the Location of SampleLineVertex whose side is center should call set part of property Station in SampleLine.

Exceptions

ExceptionCondition
System.ArgumentException Thrown when setting to new Location which is not on the same side of Alignment as SampleLineVertex.
System.InvalidOperationException Thrown when setting location of SampleLineVertex whose side is center.
