Create folders to organize your data and to support referencing.
Within each vault, you can create any number of project folders, each using a project template, which is a standard hierarchy of folders. These Vault projects do not necessarily correspond to separate engineering projects. The key point here, as noted in Vault References, is that each drawing can be associated with only one project, and data references must remain within a project folder. Each Vault project should include all of the engineering projects that need to share data. You can always move documents between projects by eTransmit.
