ClarkCountySidewalk

The ClarkCountySidewalk subassembly inserts links for a concrete sidewalk with inside and outside grass boulevards based on the Clark County Sidewalk Standard. The sidewalk is over a CSBC layer.

You should verify that the dimensions used match your interpretation of the standard plan.

Attachment

The attachment point is at the inside edge of the initial cut or fill slope. This component can be attached to either the left or right side.

Input Parameters

Note: All dimensions are in meters or feet unless otherwise noted. All slopes are in run-over-rise form (for example, 4 : 1) unless indicated as a percent slope with a “%” sign.

Target Parameters

This section lists the parameters in this subassembly that can be mapped to one or more target objects. For more information, see To Specify Corridor Targets.

Parameter

Description

Status

Sidewalk Inside Align May be used to override the inside boulevard width. The following object types can be used as targets for specifying the width: alignments, polylines, feature lines, or survey figures. Optional
Sidewalk Outside Align May be used to override the sidewalk width. The following object types can be used as targets for specifying the width: alignments, polylines, feature lines, or survey figures. Optional
Sidewalk Inside Profile May be used to override the inside sidewalk elevation. The following object types can be used as targets for specifying the width: alignments, polylines, feature lines, or survey figures. Optional
Sidewalk Outside Profile May be used to override the outside sidewalk elevation. The following object types can be used as targets for specifying the elevation: profiles, 3D polylines, feature lines, or survey figures. Optional

Runtime Logical Assignments

None.

Output Parameters

None.

Behavior

The inside grass strip, sidewalk, and outside grass boulevard links are inserted outward from the attachment point at the given slope. The grass strips can be omitted by specifying a zero-width. The CSBC is constructed under the sidewalk if the parameters are set to include it.

Optionally, various element widths can be attained by attaching to offset alignments. Also, the sidewalk cross slope can be derived by tying into an offset profile.

Layout Mode Operation

In layout mode, this subassembly displays the boulevards and sidewalk based on the input parameter values given.

Point, Link, and Shape Codes
