FeatureCAM follows this general process to manufacture Turn features:
- Determines
what tool to use.
- Picks
feeds and speeds based upon the material being machined.
- Generates a
Rough pass, possibly in multiple Z steps depending upon the depth of the feature.
- Generates a
Semi-finish pass.
- Generates a
Finish pass.
