Support for AJA driver 16, Blackmagic Design driver 12.2, and NDI version 5.0. BMD 6G & 12G timings and AJA T-Tap Pro.
Flame Family 2022.2 Update is now compatible with AJA driver version 16.
To install AJA driver version 16:
You can now use the AJA T-Tap Pro with Flame Family products on macOS. AJA T-Tap Pro is a Thunderbolt 3 powered 12G-SDI and HDMI v2.0 Preview device. See AJA for more details.
In previous releases, AJA video cards were initialized based on the card name selected in Flame Setup. This meant you needed to know the exact hardware installed on your workstation to properly configure Flame Family products.
Flame Family 2022.2 Update introduces a new generic AJA card naming convention to detect the card. You no longer have to select a specific AJA card in Flame Setup to properly use it.
To enable AJA video card in Flame Family products:
You can start your Flame Family product and use the AJA hardware for video output and monitoring.
Flame Family 2022.2 Update is now compatible with Blackmagic Design driver version 12.2.
To install Blackmagic Design driver version 12.2:
You can now use 6G & 12G timings on Blackmagic Design preview cards, up to UHDTV 4K/60p.
Flame Family 2022.2 Update uses NDI version 5.0.
You don't have to install anything to benefit from this updated support. You can start monitoring using the NDI Tools 5 from NDI.
