Choose columns

- Right-click a table and select Edit.
- In the Edit Table dialog box, click Column Chooser.
- In the Table Column Chooser dialog box, click:
- New Column to add columns.
- Remove to move a selected column to the available columns list. The column is not deleted.
- Add to move an available column to the selected column pane.
- Move Down or Move Up to reposition a selected column.
- Delete to remove a selected column from the Available Columns pane.
- Click OK to close the dialog box.

Sort columns

- Right-click a table and select Edit.
- Click Sort.
- In the Sort dialog box, specify primary, secondary, and tertiary sort criteria.
- Click OK to close the dialog box.

Change the table layout
|
|
- Right-click a table and select Edit.
- In the Table Layout dialog box:
- Add, modify, or delete the title text.
- Adjust the Heading and Row Gap.
- Click Direction to change the order of the rows.
- Click Heading to specify top, bottom, or no heading.
- Click Line Spacing to set single, double, or triple spacing.
- Specify the table wrapping to the right or left, or automatic wrapping.
- Click OK to close the dialog box.

Insert or remove row

- Right-click a table and select Edit.
- In the Edit Table dialog box, select a row and click Insert Row to insert the row or Remove Row to remove the row.
If appropriate, select multiple rows and then click Insert or Remove Row.
- Click OK to close the dialog box.

Change a column format
|
|
- Right-click a table and select Edit.
- In the Edit Table dialog box, right-click a column header and select Format Column.
- In the Format Column dialog box:
- Enter or change heading text. If appropriate, select Name From Data Source to enter a heading name automatically.
- Click to specify Default Formatting or Apply Units Formatting. If you choose units formatting, set the unit type, format, and units.
- Specify the column width and if you want to show a leading zero for numeric data.
- Specify text justification for the heading and data cells.
- To enable stacking of fractional numbers, select Stacked Fractional Text and click Stack Properties. Then select the stacking format and fractional text scale, and click OK in the Stack Properties dialog box. All fractional numeric strings (in 1/2 format) in the selected column are replaced with a stacked fraction in the drawing.
- Click OK to close the dialog box.

Change a row format

- Right-click a table and select Edit.
- In the Edit Table dialog box, right-click a row to access menu options.
- Visible: Clear the check mark to hide the row or select Visibility to restore visibility. Turn off visibility of rows not required to include in the table.
- Wrap Table at Row: Select to activate table wrapping at the selected row or clear the check mark to turn off.

Static Value:
Sets a fixed value that does not update with changes to the item in a part factory or other edits. Not available in general tables or custom rows because they are always static.
