The surface covering symbol draws a dashed-dotted offset curve for surfaces that require a covering. This command is used with the ESKD Leader Text command to provide detailed information for the surface covering.
Add surface covering symbols in GOST drawings
- On the ribbon, click Annotate (ESKD) tabSymbols panelSurface Covering . A plus (+) sign and a box appear beside the cursor.
- Place the cursor on the surface where you want to add the surface covering.
- Click the appropriate surface.
- Right-click and select Continue. A dotted line appears beside the selected surface and a line is added under the Sketch Symbols node in the browser.
- Right-click and select Done (Esc).
Edit or delete surface covering symbols
- To edit, double-click the symbol to launch the dialog box, or right-click to display a context menu and select the Edit option.
- To delete, click the symbol to highlight and press Delete.
