Add the stitching symbol to identify the type of stitched joint to use at a specific location on the drawing. Annotations can appear above and below the reference line and the leader line points to the stitching location.
Add stitching symbols in GOST drawings
- On the ribbon, click Annotate (ESKD) tabSymbols panelStitching Symbol . A plus (+) sign appears beside the cursor.
- In the graphic window, click the location on the drawing where you want to add the stitching symbol.
- Move the cursor to a different location. A leader line extends from the target to the cursor.
- Click to set a point.
- In the Stitching Symbol dialog box, add the desired stitch information.
- Expand the Stitching Symbol dialog box.
- In the Symbol section, click the All-around symbol to add the annotation, if needed.
- In the Requirement section, add all requirements that apply to the stitched joint.
- Click OK to add the symbol and annotation.
Edit or delete stitching symbols
- To edit a symbol, double-click the symbol to launch the dialog box, or by right-click to display a context menu and select the edit option.
- To delete a symbol, click the symbol to highlight it, and press the Delete key on the keyboard.
