Open an Intent command window and use the Batch processor to verify that you can check out a license by running it with the –v argument:
If an error occurs for checking out a license, the licensing system is not configured correctly.
After installing, confirm that Intent Session Manager Windows Service is running by checking Administrative Tools->Services:
