To Package and Send Files with eTransmit

When you send a map file to another AutoCAD Map 3D toolset user, it is easy to omit some of the dependent files required to edit that map effectively. You can use eTransmit to package all dependent files for a map (for example, SHP and SDF files to which you are connected) and ensure that the recipient has all the required information. Then you can email the resulting file to the recipient, along with a report explaining how to use the files.

To use eTransmit

1. Save the map.
2. Click SendeTransmit.
