To Add an Object to the Save Set

If you modify an object that was queried from an attached drawing, AutoCAD Map 3D toolset prompts you to add the object to the save set, which locks the object. If an object is locked, other users cannot modify the object.

To add objects to the save set and lock the objects

1. Click Home tabData panel FindAdd To Save Set. Find
2. At the ADESELOBJS (Select Objects for Save Back command) prompt, enter n to add all new objects to the save set, or enter s and select the objects to add.
