XGen Debug options

Use the Debug modifier to write information about generated primitives to a text TXT log file. Debug information includes:

• Description name
• Patch name
• Primitive type per-patch rendered
• Primitive IDs
• Number of CVs for each primitive rendered

Mask

Specifies the areas of the surface for which you want to generate information.

Verbose Level

Sets the detail of the logged information.

For example, setting Verbose Level to 1 saves the Description name only. Setting it to 4 includes Description name, patch name, primitive type and ID, and the number of primitive CVs.

Debug File

Saves the debug file using the specified name and location.
