Delete XGen primitives using the Specify Points Tool

If you added primitives to a mesh surface using the Specify Points Tool, you can use the same tool to permanently delete them from the Description.

You can also cull primitives to temporarily remove them from the preview and renders. See Cull XGen primitives.

  1. In the Generator Attributes section, of the Primitives tab, click Specify Points.
  2. Using the Specify Points Tool , + click the points you want to delete.

    The point markers no longer display.

  3. In the Specify Points Tool window, click Save & Close.

    When previewed the primitives at the deleted points no longer display.
