Working with Profiles

Profiles are contained in a subdirectory in the project tree. When the structure is created, an empty profile is automatically inserted.

To add additional profiles

1. Click Structures > Create New Profile.
   Tip: You can also double-click the blue plus icon next to the Profiles label in the project tree.

To import profiles

1. Double-click the folder icon next to the Profiles label in the project tree.
   Tip: You can also right-click the Profiles label and choose Import Profile.
2. Browse for the *.3sprofile to import.
3. Click Open.

If you click on a profile in the tree, the display switches to a screen with a two-dimensional grid. It is similar to the display of the Slice Commander, as profiles and slices are both two-dimensional. Additionally, a Profiles menu is added to the menu bar.
