Restrict drawing of hatches and contours to intervals on the cardinal axes
The axis filter clamps rendering of hatches and contours to those that have at least one of either start or end (for hatches) or their origin (for contours) lie within a given interval along X or Y. Origin of the interval itself is the platform center.
A cylinder of 100 mm diameter, with hatches clamped to ±20 mm using axisfilter. The platform grid spacing is 10 mm.
