Automatic

When selecting the Automatic option on the Concentrated Mass form, the following sections are available:

• Selected Entity: This box allows you to select solid bodies that will be represented by a mass element at the body’s center of gravity (CG).
• Mass: This outputs the total mass based upon the density that is input for reference.
• Density: Input of the selected solid body’s mass density.
• Display Options: Allows you to edit the display options of the concentrated mass.
  • Size: Changes the size of the concentrated mass.
  • Color: Allows you to pick the color of the concentrated mass.
• Add To Analysis: This checkbox automatically puts this concentrated mass under Analysis\Idealizations.
