Description: Defines a design optimization constraint set as a union of constraints defined via DCONSTR entries.

Remarks:
- The DCi values must be unique.
- Design constraint sets must be selected in the Case Control Section (DESSUB = DCID or DESGLB = DCID) to be used.
- No DCi may be the identification number of a design constraint set defined by another DCONADD entry.
