Thermal Analysis

To run the model, from a command line run:

$ pan -b STLH_t

The analysis progress is written to file STLH_t.out. To check progress run:

$ tail STLH_t.out

After the analysis completes, the last few lines of the output file STLH_t.out should be similar to the following:
