To change the task costs
Note: By default only the
Total Cost is shown in the
Tasks tab. To show all task costs click
Column Set
Extended or select columns from the
Choose TimeLiner Columns dialog box.
- In the TimeLiner window, the Tasks tab, click the task cost that you want to modify.
Note: The Total Cost is the sum of the other costs assigned to a task, and cannot be modified. Costs cannot be added to summary tasks. The summary task costs are the sum of the costs of its child tasks.
- Type in the cost and press Enter.
Note: You can enter an unlimited number of decimal places but in the display they will be rounded to two decimal places. The underlying value is used during cost calculations.
