To save viewpoints with clash results automatically
- In the
Clash Detective window, click the
Results tab
Display Settings show/hide button.
- Select the
Auto-Update option from the
Viewpoint drop-down list.
Now when you navigate away from the default viewpoint for a clash in the Scene View, the viewpoint for the clash will be updated to the new position. If there is no existing viewpoint thumbnail
then a new viewpoint thumbnail will be created in the Results grid.
Note: Selecting Focus on Clash always returns to the clashes original default viewpoint. Once markups have been added, subsequent changes to the viewpoint due to navigation will not be saved. In order to save a different viewpoint, the markups must first be removed using the markup Erase tool, or by manually saving the viewpoint.
