To Takeoff to New Item

To takeoff to a new catalog item:

1. In the Scene view or Selection Tree, select an object, group or the entire Selection Tree.
   Tip: To select multiple objects or groups, press and hold Shift whilst selecting.
2. Do one of the following:
   • Drag and drop the selection onto an Item in the Navigation pane, or into the Takeoff pane.
   • Right-click selected object(s) Quantification Takeoff
   • On the Quantification toolbar, click Model Takeoff Takeoff
3. To rename the new item, double-click the Item Name in the Item Catalog.
