To Work with Shared Views

Create

1. Open a BIM 360 Model.
2. In the BIM 360 Glue tab, click Shared Views.
3. In the BIM 360 Shared Views dialog, click New.
4. Type a Name and choose a Destination Folder Save.

   The new Shared View is visible in any BIM 360 Glue connected client.

Open

1. Open a BIM 360 Model.
2. In the BIM 360 Glue tab, click Shared Views.
3. In the BIM 360 Shared Views dialog, select a view.

Rename or Move

1. Open a BIM 360 Model.
2. In the BIM 360 Glue tab, click Shared Views.
3. In the BIM 360 Shared Views dialog, click Rename/Move Shared View.
4. Type a new Name or select a new Destination Folder Save.
Note: New Destination Folders cannot be created in Navisworks, but are supported in BIM 360 Glue.

Delete

1. Open a BIM 360 Model.
2. In the BIM 360 Glue tab, click Shared Views.
3. In the BIM 360 Shared Views dialog, select a view Delete Shared View.
