To Change a Takeoff Color

Change the appearance of a 2D or 3D takeoffs.

Use for: Differentiating between individual takeoff geometries. You can change the color of each Item in the Quantification workbook. All associated markups and takeoff objects will then adopt that color.

1. In the Quantification Workbook, open the Item Catalog.
2. Click an Item.
3. In the Item Catalog, under Object Appearance, click Color. The color palette is displayed
4. Select a color from the palette OK.
   Note: For non-basic colors, click Define Custom Colors and type the HSL or RGB scale.
