The dxfIn() function, which calls dxfInFields(), is invoked by the following commands and functions:

• OPEN (uses kFileFiler)
• INSERT (uses kFileFiler)
• acdbEntMod(), acdbEntMake(), acdbEntMakeX(), or the AutoLISP equivalents (use kBagFiler)
