To work with the ribbon using the keyboard

Access controls on the ribbon using keyboard accelerators.

1. Press the Alt key to display keyboard accelerators over each control available in the current view.

   

2. Press the key corresponding to the accelerator above the control you want to use.
3. Depending on which key you press, you might see additional accelerators. Continue pressing keys until you press the key of the command you want to use.
