The Quick Access Toolbar, which is displayed above the ribbon, provides quick access to frequently used ribbon commands.
Click the down arrow 
button to display the Customise Quick Access Toolbar menu, which contains:
- The list of commands on the toolbar. Click an item to toggle its display on the toolbar.
- More commands — Select this option to customise the buttons displayed on the Quick Access Toolbar.
- Show Quick Access Toolbar Below the Ribbon — Select this option to display the Quick Access toolbar below the ribbon.
