Determining the coordinates of a point

This example shows you how to find the coordinates of a point. It uses the chainsaw.ige model in the Examples folder.

1. Click Home tab > Utilities panel > Measure to display the Measure dialog.
2. In the Point area, click Position to display the Position dialog.
3. In the graphics area, click point .

   

This displays the Position dialog with the point coordinates displayed in the X, Y and Z fields.
