Use the Tooltip Options item to specify the display of tooltips. The dialog contains these options:
Show tooltips — Click to enable the display of tooltips when you hover your cursor over an item.
Initial delay — Specifies the time it takes, in milliseconds, for a tooltip to display.
Extended delay — Specifies the time it takes, in milliseconds, for the extended tooltip to display.
Show extended tooltips — Click to enable the display of extended tooltips, when you hover your cursor over an item for an extended period of time.
Extended display — Specifies how long, in milliseconds, extended tooltips are displayed.
