To graphically activate a pattern

You can activate a Pattern by graphically picking it in the graphics window, rather than selecting it by name from the active pattern list.

To graphically activate a Pattern:

1. Click Pattern tab > Active panel > Activate Picked.

   The Pick Entity tab is displayed.

2. Select a pattern in the graphics window.

   The selected pattern is activated.
