Display the Select Points dialog by clicking Curve Tools tab > Points panel > Select.
You can select points from the list on the left side of the dialog. This list supports normal Windows multi-selection options.

— Click to toggle the selection. So it deselects selected points and selects the deselected ones. -
— Click to deselect all the points.
