You can create user-defined hatch patterns by changing the definitions of the lines which make up the hatch.
To create or edit a user-defined hatch pattern:
- Click File > Options > Application Options > Drafting > Hatching to display the Hatching page of the Options dialog.
- To create a new user-defined hatch pattern, click the Create button to display the Edit Hatch Pattern dialog.
- To edit an existing user-defined hatch pattern, select a pattern from the list of User Defined Hatch Patterns and click Edit to display the Edit Hatch Pattern dialog.
- Use the dialog to create/edit a hatch pattern.
Note: User defined hatch patterns are only stored in the current model. To use the same hatch pattern in several models, create the hatch in the template model or a macro.
