Displaying the properties of a component in the model

To display the properties of a component in your model:

1. Select View tab > Window panel > User Interface > Component Library to display the Component Library in the Library View Window.
2. Right-click the component in the Component Library to display the Component context menu.
3. Select Modify > Properties from the context menu.
4. Ensure that you have at least one property defined for the component.
5. Use the Text toolbar to specify the direction and style of the text.
   Note: The format of the text is defined on the File > Options > Application Options > Assembly > General dialog.

   The properties of the component are attached to the cursor.

6. Click in the graphics window to specify a position to display the text.
