Opening a Component Library

To select an existing Component Library:

1. Select File > Open > Component Library.

   The Open Component Library dialog is displayed. The dialog contains the following:

   • Component Libraries — A list of the Component Libraries.
   • Component Definitions Preview — This displays the component definitions held in the selected Component Library.
   • Name Filter — When the list of model names becomes long, it can be difficult to find the model you want. Entering a filter reduces the list to only those models that match the filter pattern. For example, MOD* will show all libraries beginning with MOD.
   • Clear — Clear the entry in Name Filter.
   • Password — If the model is protected by a password, you will need to enter the password in here before selecting Open.
   • Browse — Use this dialog to select and open a library .psmodel file.
2. Select the component library you want to use.
3. Click Open.
