Parasolid options

Use the Parasolid page of the Options dialog to specify the options to be used when importing and exporting Parasolid files.

1. Click File > Options > Application Options > Data Exchange > Parasolid.
2. Use the following options to specify the Parasolid exchange settings:

• Flatten assembly hierarchy — Flatten the assembly hierarchy when exporting or importing Parasolid files.

  This option should be used when exporting Parasolid files to a system that does not support assemblies. It can also be used if you wish to work with the geometry as individual solids without the assembly structure.

• Parasolid version — Use the drop-down list to select the Parasolid version to be used when exporting. The default is Current version; use the drop-down list to select export to an earlier version.
