To Sync The Changes in a Collaboration Project

By default, saving or closing a drawing syncs it with the project. You can change this in the Collaboration Options dialog box.

  1. With a collaboration project open, click Collaborate tab Plant Collaboration panelCheck In.
  2. In the Check In dialog box, do any of the following:
    • Keep files open for editing after check in. Checks in the changes to the selected drawing and keeps the drawing open for further changes.
    • Cleanup cached files. Removes the locally cached files.
    • Comments to include with this version. Stores any comments you want to associate with the version of the checked in file.
  3. Click OK.
Note: To sync changes from multiple drawings, select a node in the Project Manager, right-click and click Check In. All the items under the project node go through the check in process.
