Manual Verification - CNR-UNI 10011

The Manual Verification dialog allows for steel member verification against force values defined according to the Italian steel code CNR-UNI 10011. Access the option by clicking Design Steel Members Design - Options Verification. The following dialog displays:

To run steel member verification based on predefined internal force values:

1. Enter the member number in the Verify Member Number field;
2. Enter the values of the appropriate internal forces in the Internal forces in an Analyzed Section field; corresponding units are displayed in the right, upper corner of the dialog;
3. Enter the values of the additional internal forces required for code calculations in the Internal Forces in Specific Sections field; corresponding units are displayed in the right upper corner of the dialog;
4. Determine the load type for directions Y and Z in the Load Type field;
5. Click the Options button to select the Calculation Options ;
6. Click the Calculations button to verify the member. The results are displayed.
