Connection Type - Beam-Column

This connection is available for Eurocode 3 (EN 1993-1-8:2005) and the Polish code PN-90/B-03200.

Column-beam connection

The following mutual positions of the column and the beam are adopted for the connection:

For a connection with the column flange, you can define a one-sided connection. For a connection with the column web, you can define a one-sided or two-sided connection.

All elements connecting the column with the beam can be connected with bolts or welds.

Note: For a two-sided connection, you can use the Symmetry option to define a symmetrical connection. All elements defined for the right side of the connection will be copied to the left side.

Connection with the column flange

The following connection types are possible:
