When the Unilateral tab is selected, the Release Definition dialog displays the following.
To define a linear release, specify a release label and release direction for edges:
- None - No release in this direction
- (UX, UY or UZ) "+" or "-" - Selecting this option allows displacement UX, UY, or UZ on the edge in the direction compatible ("+") or opposite ("-") with respect to the axis of the local coordinate system on the panel edge. (See definition of local directions for a release).
