Manual Verification - PN/90B-03200

The Manual Verification dialog provides steel member verification against force values defined according to the Polish Steel Code PN 90/B-03200. Access the option by clicking Design Steel Members Design - Options Verification. The following dialog displays:

To run steel member verification based on predefined internal force values:

1. Enter the member number in the Verification of member no. box.
2. Enter values of the appropriate internal forces in the Internal forces in the analyzed section box.

   Corresponding units are displayed in the right upper corner of the dialog.

3. Enter values of the additional internal forces required for code calculations in the Internal forces in characteristic sections box.

   Corresponding units are displayed in the right upper corner of the dialog.

4. In the Parameters box, select a Load type applied to the verified member in Y-axis or Z-axis direction.

   Once the icon is clicked, a dialog for the load type definition displays.

5. In the Beta coefficient field, set the coefficient value.
6. Click the Options button to select the Calculation Options.
7. Click the Calculations button.
