Centrifugal and angular acceleration forces

Use this dialog to define loads caused by centrifugal and angular acceleration forces.

Access

• Click on the Self-weight and mass tab of the Load Definition dialog.

Coordinates of rotation point

Enter the coordinates of the rotation point, or select them in the drawing area.

Centrifugal velocity and acceleration

Specify the velocity v and acceleration a in the X, Y, and Z directions of the global coordinate system.

Apply to

Select where the load should be applied.
