The Manual Verification dialog provides steel member verification against force values defined according to the Dutch steel code NEN 6770/6771. Access the option by clicking Design 
Steel Members Design - Options Verification. The following dialog displays:
To run steel member verification based on predefined internal force values:
- Enter the member number in the Verify Member Number field;
- Enter the values of the appropriate internal forces in the Internal forces in an Analyzed Section field; corresponding units are displayed in the right, upper corner of the dialog;
- Enter the values of the additional internal forces required for code calculations in the Internal Forces in Specific Sections field; corresponding units are displayed in the right upper corner of the dialog;
- Determine the lateral buckling type of the member in the Lateral Buckling Type field (click the icon to open a dialog box where you can select the required lateral buckling type);
- Click the Optionsbutton to select the Calculation Options;
- Click the Calculationsbutton to verify the member. The results are displayed.
