This dialog allows you to specify the scope and transfer options when updating a project.

- Update entire project (ignore current selection)
- Takes the entire structure model into account during the link process (this is a default option; it is used to avoid exporting a casually selected element).
- Update only current selection
- Takes only the selected elements into account during the link process.
- Specify the case that contains self-weight
- Select this option to assign the structure self-weight to any user-selected load case defined in
Revit.
- Load case drop-list
- Specifies a
Revit load case. The structure self-weight in
Robot will be assigned to this load case.
- Ignore self-weight
- Ignores the self-weight while the structure transfers (after calculations the self-weight is automatically assigned to the first load case).
- Transfer (optionally)

- Use plan views as backgrounds
- Plan views defined in
Revit will be used as backgrounds in
Robot.
- Reinforcement projects (beams, columns, spread footings)
- Transfers reinforcement generated on
Revit objects to
Robot RC modules.
- Steel connections
- The steel connections defined in
Revit will be transferred to the steel connections design module in
Robot.
