Use the Acquire command to share coordinates between files in the cloud when the Publish command is disabled. This procedure follows a sample scenario. It consists of a single project with three separate sites defined in this project. Separate models are used for each of the defined sites.
For an alternate method for acquiring shared coordinates, see this
blog post by Steve Stafford at Revit OpEd.
Note: If your project includes a single building model that needs to be located on each of the different sites, make temporary copies of that model for each additional site.
Because each building model contains each of the site locations, any building can appear on any of the sites.
