Select the drawings to include in the batch print job.
The Select tab of the Batch Print dialog lists all of the views, sheets, and view/sheet sets (collectively called drawings) in the current Revit project. The drawings are listed using the same hierarchy as the Revit Project Browser.
If you want to... | Then... |

Locate a drawing in the list | Expand a drawing group (Views, Sheets, or View/Sheet Sets) to see its subgroups. Expand the subgroups to locate the desired drawing. |
Select a drawing to print | Select its check box in the list. |
Deselect a drawing so it will not print | Clear its check box in the list. |
Select an entire group or set of drawings | Select the check box for the group or set. |
Select most drawings in a group or set | Select the check box for the group or set. Then expand the group or set, and clear the check boxes for the drawings that you do not want to print.
When some (but not all) items in a group or set are selected, the check box looks like this: |
Restore the last selection for this project from a previous session of Revit | Click (Reset Selection). |
Change the order in which drawings are printed | Use the Reorder tab. See Change the Print Order of Drawings for a Batch Print Job. |
