The Advance Steel extension transfers levels between Revit and Advance Steel, retaining level elevations and associations between levels and objects.
Levels are transferred between Revit and Advance Steel, using the extension. The transfer keeps the level elevation, and also keeps the level association for objects.
In Advance Steel the levels are handled by the Project Explorer.
When importing in Revit, the level is created and objects are attached to it accordingly:
- Levels that don't have objects attached to them are not transferred.
- In Advance Steel, objects are associated to levels, but not attached to them.
