A shared parameter file from Revit 2022 and newer is not able to be used in previous versions.
Revit 2022 introduced new model categories. See Additional Model Categories. When a shared parameter file containing a reference to one of the new categories is accessed from a previous version of Revit, you will encounter an error saying the files can not be read or the shared parameter file is invalid. It is strongly recommended you save shared parameter files from previous versions before working with them in Revit 2022 and newer versions.
To use the shared parameter file in previous versions, you will need to remove references to the new categories from the shared parameters file.
