MEP Fabrication

Several MEP fabrication workflows have been improved.

Highlights include the following:

• Optimized design to fabrication to support branch offsets, justification, and equipment mapping. See Convert Generic Parts to Fabrication Parts.
• Dragging end connectors on straights in a fabrication layout uses auto-fill to make a connection, regardless of size. See Fill Gaps in a Revit Fabrication Model.
• When reloading a configuration, length values are retained on modeled instances that were overridden.
• Performance has improved when reloading a configuration.
• Specification tables assigned to specific materials take priority over specification tables assigned to any material.
• On the MEP Fabrication Parts palette, Group has been renamed to Palette.
